Description
Digitain is seeking a talented and experienced Creative Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of creative campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and marketing strategy
- Coordinate and oversee the production of multimedia content (photo/video) tailored for the website, social platforms, and other key marketing touchpoints
- Develop and refine the brand identity and visual language by introducing innovative and contemporary solutions aimed at enhancing brand recognition
- Design and implement creative content strategies for social media platforms to maximize engagement and relevance
- Serve as a key creative voice during campaigns and events, ensuring cohesive storytelling and consistent brand representation across all deliverables
- Conduct market trend analysis and competitive research to anticipate and shape creative strategy in both local and international contexts
- Collaborate closely with design and product teams, as well as external agencies, to ensure timely and high-quality project execution
- Proactively identify and present new creative opportunities, campaign concepts, or brand innovations to internal stakeholders
- Support the Creative Marketing Department in planning, budgeting, and reporting processes related to creative initiatives
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Creative Marketing that fall within the scope of this role
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in marketing
- The ability to work in a multitasking environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others
