As a Creative & Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our growth through high-performing creatives, from ideation to execution. You will create scroll-stopping ad concepts, produce a high volume of static and video ads for Meta and TikTok, and continuously iterate based on performance insights.

How to apply:

As part of the recruitment process, it is important for us to see how you are able to turn a brief into effective Meta ad creatives and communicate product use cases in a visually compelling way.

Please create 10 ad creatives promoting snuggs (Meta/TikTok style).

We are specifically looking for concrete, ready-to-use examples of creatives, including visuals and copy — not just descriptions or ideas.

Aim for at least 2-3 themes/angles across the 10 ads.

Each ad should include: Hook (1–2 lines)

Estimated time: ~2–3 hours
Format: Canva / Figma / Google Slides / PDF / Google Doc

What you’ll do:

  • Create high-volume static and video ads for Meta and TikTok, leveraging AI tools across ideation, production, and iteration
  • Develop new ad concepts, hooks, and copy based on performance insights and platform trends
  • Upload, manage, and analyze ad performance in Meta and TikTok Business Managers; iterate based on results
  • Execute and coordinate influencer partnerships, from briefing to delivery and performance review
  • Source, manage, and optimise UGC content for paid and organic use
  • Lead ad-hoc partnership and marketing coordination projects across teams and external partners
  • Translate customer insights and data into creative strategies and scalable ad concepts
