Junior Creative Marketing Specialist (Impulse)

The core of our achievements is our team. That’s why, together with Olha, Creative Matketer at Impulse, we’re looking for a Junior Creative Marketing Specialist to join our team of superstars.

• Work alongside a team of energetic, like-minded experts. You’ll brainstorm, test ideas, and share knowledge across departments — all shoulder to shoulder with people who love what they do.
• Dive deeper into the world of creative marketing and grow fast in this field. This role is just your starting point 😉
• Make a real impact on the performance of a #1 product in its niche. You’ll come up with creative ideas and actually see the difference your work makes.

• Generate ideas for ad creatives.
• Prepare briefs for our graphic and motion designers.
• Actively join brainstorming sessions with the creative team.
• Analyze ad performance and identify the best-performing concepts.
• Keep up with market and competitor trends.
• Take part in video shoots for ads (yes — we have our own in-house video production!)

• English at Intermediate level or higher.
• A mix of creative and analytical thinking.
• Willingness and motivation to learn and grow fast.
• Interest in tracking content trends and best-performing ad practices on social media.
• Proactiveness and openness to sharing and discussing ideas.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid option. It means that we will prefer you to attend office 2-3 times per week.
