We are looking for a highly creative, culturally aware, and execution-focused Creative Lead to lead brand storytelling across digital, social, PR, and campaign ecosystems.
This role is for someone who can think beyond conventional fintech marketing and build bold, high-impact campaigns that create conversations, drive brand recall, and position Sav at the center of culture, finance, and innovation.
You should be equally comfortable ideating disruptive social campaigns, shaping brand narratives, working on PR-led moments, and building integrated marketing ideas that work across digital, creators, content, offline activations, and earned media.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys turning insights into stories, stories into campaigns, and campaigns into measurable brand impact.
i. Campaigns & Creative Concepts
Lead the ideation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, creators, PR, and offline channels
Develop breakthrough campaign concepts that generate conversation, engagement, and earned media
Build brand moments around product launches, partnerships, industry events, and cultural trends
Collaborate with design, video, content, and growth teams to bring campaigns to life
Shape Sav's content strategy across social media, blogs, newsletters, video, and community channels
Build always-on content engines that balance brand building, engagement, and performance goals
Identify emerging cultural trends, conversations, and opportunities for real-time brand participation
Develop content formats that increase shareability, relevance, and audience affinity
Partner with leadership and external stakeholders to identify newsworthy stories and brand opportunities
Conceptualize PR-led campaigns that strengthen Sav's visibility across key markets
Build ideas that bridge finance, technology, culture, and consumer behavior
Drive initiatives that position Sav as a category-defining voice within fintech and AI
Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, content development, campaign planning, and creative production
Explore new formats and workflows that improve creative velocity without compromising quality
Continuously experiment with emerging technologies and creative platforms
Help build scalable systems for modern, AI-powered marketing execution
Work closely with Product, Growth, Design, PR, Leadership, and External Partners
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards
Translate business objectives into compelling creative briefs and campaign strategies
Act as the steward of the brand, ensuring every output reflects Sav's ambition and identity
Requirements
Experience and qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or integrated campaigns
Prior experience in a creative agency, digital agency, or high-growth consumer startup preferred
Fintech, technology, finance, or consumer internet experience is a strong plus
Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, brand storytelling, content strategy, and creative thinking
Deep understanding of social media, creator ecosystems, digital culture, and emerging content formats
Exceptional communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external creative partners
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and modern content workflows
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
