About Atlys

Our mission is to enable every person on Earth to travel freely.

Travel should feel exciting. Instead, too much of it is still defined by paperwork, uncertainty, and processes that were never designed for travellers.

Atlys is changing that.

We’re building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. To date, we’ve processed visas for 1M+ travellers across 127 countries. But we’re still early.

The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Manager – Growth to sit at the intersection of creative and performance.

You’ll turn performance data into creative direction, build sharp briefs, drive execution with our brand team and creators, and own the creative pipeline that fuels our paid and organic growth engines.

You’ll also help shape our creative and messaging strategy as we enter new markets, working closely with Growth and Strategy on our North Star Metric, market share and penetration goals.

This role is for someone who speaks fluent CTR, CPA and ROAS, but can also tell a strong hook from a weak one in the first three seconds.

The Job
  • Turn performance data into creative direction by partnering closely with Performance Marketing to understand metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, hook rate and hold rate, and translate them into actionable creative insights.

  • Build a performance-led creative strategy by identifying winning hooks, formats, angles and messaging across Meta, Google, YouTube and other paid channels, and continuously testing and scaling what works.

  • Own the creative testing framework across hypotheses, variants, learnings and iterations to improve creative efficiency and combat fatigue.

  • Write sharp, data-backed creative briefs for the brand and design teams, covering the objective, audience, insight, key message, format and success metrics.

  • Write and review scripts for performance ads, UGC, short-form video, Reels, Shorts and influencer content, building hook libraries and messaging frameworks based on audience and performance insights.

  • Work with creators and influencers to identify, onboard, brief and manage content creators, ensuring their work meets both performance and brand standards.

  • Own the creative pipeline end-to-end across planning, briefing, production, review, launch and post-launch analysis, while maintaining the creative velocity needed to support growth.

  • Build a culture of creative learning by maintaining performance dashboards, documenting learnings and turning successful insights into repeatable creative frameworks.

  • Shape creative strategy for new markets by working with Growth and Strategy on market opportunities, consumer behaviour, competitive landscapes, cultural nuances and channel strategy.

  • Balance brand and performance by ensuring growth creative is on-brand while still being built to drive measurable business outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 2–4 years of experience across creative strategy, growth marketing or performance creative, ideally in a D2C, consumer tech or high-growth startup.

  • Have a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and how creative directly impacts CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC, ROAS and other growth outcomes.

  • Have hands-on experience writing briefs and scripts for performance ads, UGC and short-form video.

  • Have experience working with influencers and UGC creators, from onboarding and briefing through content delivery and performance analysis.

  • Are comfortable reading data, identifying patterns and turning insights into clear creative direction.

  • Have strong project management skills and can run a high-volume creative pipeline across internal teams, freelancers, agencies and creators.

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can give clear, actionable creative feedback.

  • Have experience launching or scaling a brand in a new market or geography is a plus.

  • Are familiar with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Motion, Foreplay, Notion, Asana or Jira.

  • Have a basic understanding of design and video tools such as Figma, Canva, CapCut or Premiere, allowing you to give precise creative feedback.

We hire exceptional people for their craft, not travel enthusiasts. We solve hard problems that happen to touch global travel and government infrastructure.

What you can expect

Atlys is built by a small team with outsized ambition, high ownership, and an obsession with doing great work.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Competitive compensation and equity so you participate in the value you help create.

  • Comprehensive health insurance covering you and your family, plus annual preventive health check-up on us.

  • A thoughtful leave policy with paid time off and company holidays, because great work also requires real time off.

  • Lunch, high tea and dinner at the office, so the basics are taken care of while we build together.

  • Learning & development credits to invest in courses, books, conferences and tools that help you get better at your craft.

  • Relocation support to make moving closer to the team as seamless as possible.

  • Great tools to do your best work, including high-spec equipment and software.

  • An office designed for more than just work, with pickleball, table tennis, PlayStation, an arcade game room, an F1 simulator and even a full flight simulator.

Our values shape how we make decisions, work together and build for travelers. The bar is high, the pace is fast, and the way we work is deliberate. Read them before you apply. If this environment energizes you, you’ll probably thrive here. If it doesn’t, it’s better to know that upfront.
