Job Description:
As the Creative Lead, you’ll be responsible for the growth and guidance of WideOrbit’s brand, creative strategy and planning, and marketing design deliverables. In this role, you’ll manage and mentor the core design, content, and website team members and partner closely with other marketing functions to ensure consistent application of WideOrbit’s brand and amplification.
Here’s what success will look like:
Manage the WideOrbit brand and guide the company through application of the brand - own WideOrbit’s visual brand identity, evolution and optimization of the brand, and enforce brand standards
Contribute to marketing planning with creative initiatives, projects, strategies, and goals / objectives that support WideOrbit brand and overarching Marketing department and company goals
Provide creative direction to ensure a cohesive, polished visual identity and voice across everything we do, while balancing the trade-offs required to move quickly to meet succinct deadlines when necessary
Manage and support additional creative development and optimization of WideOrbit website and digital assets – sharing and guiding design and creative best practices with informed UX / UI experience and point of view
Manage the brand, design, and overall content creative outputs from website and emails to ads and customer videos, to events and client presentations, to trade-show and high touch events and company branded materials / swag
Manage and optimize the design process / workflow from ideation and concept to implementation and delivery for smooth execution of creative projects and deliverables
Position creative team to collaborate cross-functionally on creative needs across the company – both internal to Marketing and external as a shared company service / corporate brand team
Contribute to social media channel through creative ideas and assets to boost engagement and brand amplification
Manage and mentor creative team members - maintain the creative function to deliver design and content services and deliverables
Guide AI tool recommendations for creative disciplines to help optimize process and deliverables
Onboard, manage, and collaborate with creative vendors when required
To thrive in this role, we’re looking for:
Branding in a B2B Marketing or agency environment experience (enterprise software / technology / SaaS company experience)
Experience managing creative teams with ability to jump-in as a player / coach and contribute hands-on with deliverables consistently
Experience leading creative projects and processes from strategy and ideation to production
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
Ability to inform creative capacity and prioritize in collaboration with Marketing lead / functions
Proven ability to partner with with designers / copywriters / videographers and delivering work across all mediums (events, digital, print, web, mobile, video)
Detail oriented with strong professional design sensibilities, from high-level strategic direction down to the smallest details
Creative thinker and solution-oriented mindset who appreciates diverse perspectives and collaboration
Understanding of marketing metrics and flexibility with testing creative concepts to optimize channel and deliverables
Independent with ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment to best manage deadlines and creative capacity / workload
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Location: This position can be based in any of our offices. Remote/Telecommute will also be considered.
Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000 + Annual Variable Bonus

The compensation range listed, and a general description of other compensation and benefits will apply to this position. Various factors are considered to determine compensation ranges including market data, location, experience, qualifications, and skills. WideOrbit reserves the right to pay more or less than the salary and benefit information posted.
