We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic
Designer to join our growing Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing
manager, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing
internal communications, social media posts, F&B menus and leaflets, as
well as adapting branding materials across various platforms. A bilingual
creative thinker and communicator with a growth mindset, passion for design and
innovation, and mastery of digital design tools are all great assets to put on
the table.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
· Design engaging and visually consistent internal
communication materials such as newsletters, presentations, and employee
campaigns.
· Create social media visuals (static, animated,
and short-form video) optimized for various platforms including Instagram,
LinkedIn, and Facebook.
· Develop and design F&B materials including
menus, promotional flyers, table cards, and seasonal campaign creatives.
· Adapt branding across various touchpoints,
ensuring visual consistency while meeting platform-specific requirements.
· Collaborate with marketing and communications
teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with company
goals.
· Produce simple animations and motion graphics
for digital use (stories, reels, ads).
· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously,
ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
· Stay updated on the latest design trends and
tools to keep our brand visuals fresh and innovative.
Requirements
Qualifications
and Skills:
· Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design
with a strong portfolio showcasing work in internal communications, social
media, and F&B design.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially
Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects (or equivalent tools like Canva Pro,
Figma).
· Experience in creating and editing short-form
animations and motion graphics is a plus.
· Strong understanding of branding, layout, and
typography.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a
team in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent time management, organizational, and
communication skills.
Bonus Points
· Experience in hospitality, food & beverage,
or corporate communications.
· Photography and video editing skills.
· Marketing Agency experience is an added benefit
· Bilingual: English / Arabic
