Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to collaborate with our digital marketing team and create impactful marketing materials. This role requires someone with a keen eye for design and an ability to deliver high-quality content that aligns with our brand identity and value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to create engaging brochures, presentations, and sales decks.
- Design various marketing collateral including flyers, posters, banners, and digital content to support initiatives.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s brand identity and effectively communicate our messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions on time.
- Assist in developing templates and style guides to maintain consistency across marketing and sales materials.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on marketing and business development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, especially in marketing and business development.
- A solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Shift Timings: Afternoon-Bi (03:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.)
