The Role
Objective
- We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Mobile Game Creative Graphic Design Freelancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a knack for creating compelling graphics tailored for mobile gaming audiences. You will be responsible for designing graphics based on provided briefs & materials while ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Create graphics that align with the provided brief, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and a high standard of visual presentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our creative project coordinators to understand requirements, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all creative outputs are of the highest quality, both in terms of design and in alignment with the brand's vision and objectives.
- Timely Deliverables: Adhere to tight schedules and ensure all deliverables are submitted on time without compromising on quality.
- Budget Adherence: Produce high-quality work that adheres to the allocated budget. Contribute to the team's cost-saving goals and ensure consistent financial efficiency in creative production.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to optimize processes and reduce production costs without sacrificing quality. Achieve set monthly cost-saving targets.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within the mobile gaming industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of mobile game aesthetics and user experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
