We’re growing fast across moves, deliveries, and junk removal, and we’re looking for a visionary Creative Director to define and lead Muvr’s brand storytelling at scale.

This is a high-impact creative leadership role where you’ll define, lead, and scale Muvr’s creative vision across brand, marketing, product, and storytelling.

You’ll oversee all creative direction — from visual identity and campaigns to video content and brand strategy — ensuring every piece of communication reflects Muvr’s voice, values, and mission.

• Lead Muvr’s creative vision and brand storytelling across all channels and verticals (Moves, Deliveries, Junk Removal, Marketplace).
  
• Manage and mentor a high-performing creative team — designers, video producers, and content creators.
  
• Develop and maintain Muvr’s brand identity system, ensuring consistency across visuals, tone, and experience.
  
• Oversee creative direction for marketing campaigns, product launches, and cross-channel content.
  
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Community Ops to translate company strategy into creative execution.
  
• Lead the ideation and production of photo, video, and multimedia storytelling.
  
• Direct and approve major creative assets — ad campaigns, visuals, scripts, decks, digital experiences.
  
• Integrate AI-assisted creative tools to accelerate design, production, and innovation.
  
• Analyze creative performance metrics to optimize for engagement, conversion, and brand lift.
  
• Partner with leadership to ensure creative direction aligns with company milestones and growth goals.

• 8+ years of creative experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Creative Director, Head of Design, or similar).
  
• Proven ability to build and scale brand systems in a fast-paced tech or marketplace environment.
  
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates storytelling, brand strategy, and creative execution across digital and video.
  
• Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional creative teams.
  
• Proficiency with modern creative and AI tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.).
  
• Data-driven mindset — comfort using insights to refine campaigns and improve performance.
  
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Ops teams.
