JOB SUMMARY:The Creative Director will be responsible for developing and executing the creative vision that drives our brand strategy across all businesses. This leadership role will oversee design, content, and storytelling for digital, print, and video campaigns, product marketing, tradeshow materials, internal communications, and corporate branding. The ideal candidate combines B2B sensibilities with bold creative thinking, delivering work that engages decision-makers in complex industries while inspiring teams.
EDUCATION:Required: Required: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, advertising, or relevant experience required
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years creative development or design roles or relevant experience is required
- 2+ years in a leadership or director-level capacity required
Required:
- Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
- Experience in B2B or industrial marketing preferred.
- Proven ability to create and manage campaigns that engage technical and executive-level audiences.
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, digital content platforms, and branding systems.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and how creative intersects with digital performance.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
- Implement and evolve the company’s visual identity and brand voice across all marketing channels.
- Lead the development of high-impact creative campaigns for product launches, customer acquisition, and thought leadership.
- Oversee design, copywriting, content development, and external creative vendors/agencies.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, digital, and executive teams to ensure creative aligns with business goals.
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling visuals and narratives tailored for client and prospective audiences.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects across channels including web, social media, email, print collateral, trade shows, and video.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across departments and platforms.
- Introduce data-informed creative strategies through testing, feedback, and performance metrics.
