THE ROLE
Future Works is seeking a Creative Director who embraces AI, embodies strategic vision, creative prowess, and exceptional leadership. In this role, you will oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring that our products are cutting-edge, impactful, and align with our mission of building a better future. Your expertise in various media, including modern design, illustration, animation, video, and 3D, will be pivotal in driving our creative endeavors.
This is a path towards Executive Director and Head of the Design department at our firm, with further possibility to become a partner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables and timelines are met.
- Develop and manage a creative team, providing mentorship, resources, and support for continuous growth.
- Champion innovative thinking, pushing boundaries to enhance our products and company reputation.
- Utilize strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset to make strategic decisions.
- Align team functions with our mission, fostering a culture that supports our goals and values.
- Establish best practices, essential processes and constantly seek ways to make the life of your team more frictionless.
PROFESSIONAL GROWTH

- 5+ years in a design leadership role, preferably in a product or digital agency.
- Fluent in UX, IA, genAI, animation, interface design, and 3D.
- Bachelor's degree in art, creative, design, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience leading remote teams and working in a remote environment.
- Ability to travel within (or to) the United States as needed.
- Ability to work PST or EST Hours.
- Experience building and managing high velocity creative teams of over 10 people is a plus.
