10+ years of creative leadership experience | Hybrid | Antwerp / Amsterdam 
A unique combination of brand and performance and rare chance to shape a fast-growing global brand. We’re looking for a Creative Director that can balance between building exciting brands and bring a performance driven mindset to inspire and work with our performance team.
As Creative Director, you’ll guide the creative vision for Loop with a team of 50+ consisting out of designers, art directors, content creators, and project managers. You will drive the development of creative solutions for Loop’s communication channels, balancing high-quality, data-driven work with efficient production processes. Working closely with brand and product teams, you’ll ensure a cohesive, on-brand customer experience across all touchpoints. With a focus on evolution, you’ll steer the creative direction while fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence. 

Your other responsibilities: 

  • Lead a multidisciplinary in-house team of 50+ creatives as well as external partners. 
  • Lead the creative strategy across all Loop’s brand communications.  
  • Collaborate with Brand and Brand Strategy to evolve and refine Loop's global brand identity.  
  • Develop innovative, data-driven approaches for content creation.
  • Elevate creative output across all channels, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Implement new tools and workflows to enhance productivity. 

How you’ll succeed as a Creative Director 

Your ability to lead with confidence and creativity will be key to your success. You'll need strong communication skills to inspire your team and collaborate across departments. By staying adaptable, you’ll ensure Loop stays ahead of trends while delivering results. Your vision will drive innovation, while your leadership will empower your team to thrive. 

These key competences will set you up for success: 

  • 10+ years of creative experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading creative teams in in-house high-growth environments. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing top-tier brand and performance marketing work, with a particular focus on work in social media and channel-specific comms.  
  • Expertise in strategic creative thinking, concept and brand development.
  • Leadership skills that inspire and foster collaboration.
