We're looking for a Creative Director to define how the world discovers Oasis.
You'll turn customer insights into ideas that make people stop, imagine a different kind of home, and understand why Oasis belongs in it.
You'll work hand-in-hand with Growth, Product, and Brand to create campaigns that don't just look beautiful, they drive meaningful business growth.

What You'll Do- Define the creative strategy behind Oasis' next stage of growth
- Turn customer insights into breakthrough campaigns that build both brand and business
- Create simple, emotional stories that make people want Oasis in their homes
- Partner closely with Growth to continuously test, learn, and improve creative performance
- Work directly with our video creators to bring ideas to life
- Raise the creative bar across storytelling, copy, visual language, and execution
- You're a first-principles creative thinker with exceptional taste
- You know how to turn customer insight into ideas people remember
- You combine brand thinking with a strong performance mindset
- You care deeply about craft and equally about business impact
