Are you ready to join an exciting new brand in Europe. A wonderful opportunity has arisen to work in our European HQ in Madrid, Spain. You will be closely involved within the Brand Department.

In a few words 

We are looking for a Creative Designer to create engaging online and print designs according to requirements. 


Responsibilities:


Content Adaptation & Localization:

  • Lead the adaptation and localization of marketing content for execution in diverse markets.
  • Ensure cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy in design elements to resonate with specific target audiences.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to gather insights and preferences for effective localization. 

Visual Management:

  • Establish comprehensive visual guidelines, covering digital assets derived from product key visuals (KV) as well as extension frameworks for co-marketing materials.
  • Collaborate closely with country brand DRIs and interns to execute digital and co-marketing asset guidelines, including distributing visual guidelines and ensuring a smooth and efficient review and approval process.

Requirements:


Design Skills:

  • Proficient in professional design tools, especially Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong graphic and video design skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to create designs that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Strong interest in AI trends and tools, with the ability to leverage AI for generating creative concepts and supporting basic design tasks.

Collaborative Team Player:

  • Able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and regional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between agencies and markets. 

Innovative Thinking:

  • Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Stay updated on design trends and technologies.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency preferred, but not mandatory.

Others:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Another European language is a  benefit, but not mandatory.
  • Passion for consumer electronics, with a good understanding of the latest trends in the smartphone industry.
  • Good MS office skills especially on PPT and excel to structure ideas and deliver effectively.
