Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Social Content
- Design key visuals, social media content, and ad formats (including simple motion videos).
- Handle graphic assets on the website to ensure aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute diverse communication projects.
2. POSM Design (Project-Based)
- Develop 3D concepts and optimize visibility for shelves, booths, and displays at retail/medical points of sale.
- Ensure designs maximize engagement and brand presence in-store.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the beauty/cosmetics.
- Proficient in adobe creative
- Basic filming and video editing skills
- Basic 3D modeling skills (Prefer Blender)
- Refined and sophisticated aesthetic sense
