As a Creative Designer, you will produce high-quality, on-brand design solutions across a range of marketing and digital projects. You will bring creative thinking and a strategic approach to support both day-to-day design requests and larger campaigns.

Working closely with the Creative Lead and senior designers, you will contribute to brainstorming, creative reviews, and collaborative projects while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. You will apply strong problem-solving skills to develop designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Success in this role comes from delivering polished, impactful creative work, collaborating effectively with the team, and continuously developing your skills to support design excellence and brand consistency across all touchpoints.

• Respond to creative briefs by producing high-quality, on-brand artwork across a range of digital, animated and print collateral, taking responsibility for the entire process from initial brief to artwork delivery.
• Ensure brand consistency across the design briefs, guiding more junior members to do the same. Also ensure accuracy and quality of creative templates for the team’s regular workflow.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality output.
• Pay close attention to all details, ensuring accuracy and consistency in designs. Help other team members develop this skill by contributing to the QC process.
• Work across large-scale or high-impact projects, using advanced design skills to deliver compelling, creative and highly refined on-brand solutions. Contribute to ideation, conceptual development and final execution, ensuring consistency with project objectives.

• 2-4 years of creative experience either in-house or agency.
• Exceptional creative output with amazing attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality.
• Conceptual and critical thinker who can execute with excellence.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and a love of collaboration.
• Experience in HTML 5 / GWD / Animated or motion graphics would be looked upon very favourably.
• A diverse portfolio showing a variety of styles, and skills and experience.
