What You'll Do
- Own the creative pipeline – prioritize, brief, and ship high‑impact assets for Paid Media squad.
- Write copy that converts – craft high-impact ad creatives, landing-pages, and video scripts for paid-media channels.
- Develop video concepts & scripts – create concepts, storyboards, and production‑ready scripts for short‑form ads, UGC, and long‑form brand videos.
- Manage creator & influencer programs – source, vet, brief, and approve content from UGC creators and paid partners; own contracts, timelines, and performance tracking.
- Translate data into insight – partner with paid media analysts to iterate messaging and formats based on CVR, CPA, ROAS, and creative‑level testing.
- Lead external partners – run day‑to‑day with our U.S. creative agency and freelancers.
- Scale processes – build briefing templates, video analysis, influencer approval flows and rituals.
- Research new influencers – identify and recommend creators and influencers
What You'll Bring
- Relevant experience in copywriting and creative or influencer operations.
- Fluency in channel best practices for Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and the metrics that matter.
- Hands‑on experience running creator/influencer campaigns: recruitment, contracting, content approvals, and performance analysis.
- Growth mindset—comfortable with rapid experimentation, feedback loops, and continuous learning
