Skills Required
- Proven experience building backend infrastructure, durable runtimes, or long-running systems
- Proficiency in Rust
- Experience with observability, orchestration, or custom storage layers for production systems
- Ability to work remotely from Europe or the United States
- Authorized to work without visa sponsorship
- Interest or experience with AI agents, workflows, or reliability-focused engineering
