- Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering & Management, Real Estate, or a related technical/industrial discipline.
- 10+ years experience in corporate real estate, industrial facilities, high‑tech project environments, or complex CAPEX portfolio management.
- Demonstrated experience in CAPEX governance, project initiation, and cost/schedule control in technical/cleanroom contexts.
- Customer focus (internal or external).Proven track record on stakeholder management (senior manager and director level).

- Drives results to ensure Real Estate or Facilities improvements for ASML.
- Manages complexity within and beyond Real Estate or Facilities workfield.
- Balances stakeholders to ensure the best decisions are taken for Real Estate or Facilities at ASML.
- Act as the point of contact for your Internal Customer(s), developing a mutually aligned CRE strategy with a minimum 7‑year outlook master plan.
- Manage and prioritize demand related to CRE services, space, utilities, facilities, workplace, and CAPEX needs.
Portfolio Governance & Execution Oversight
- Own the customer’s CAPEX portfolio: project initiation, feasibility assessment, prioritization, business case discussions, and reporting.
- Initiate and steer projects in office, technical room, and cleanroom environments based on business requirements.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, planning, and cost control in collaboration with Project Managers.
- Safeguard operational continuity by coordinating corrective actions during incidents, safety concerns, or quality issues.
Matrix Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Drive predictable and transparent communication across stakeholders.
- Support TAP / LTFP planning cycles through validated demand and accurate forecasting.
- Communicate with key stakeholders for cost allocation.
Continuous Improvement & Performance Insights
- Conduct recurring portfolio, project, and performance reviews with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the refinement of processes, templates, and operating models in an evolving organizational environment.
