3 CRE Analyst Intern positions available!Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop
professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose between one of two sessions.
Session 1: May 27 - August 14
Session 2: June 17 - September 4
Under the direction of the Banks' Commercial Financial and Analytics Team, your experience will assist in building our best practice on maintaining and creating our SQL based custom-made data warehouse for the Commercial Banking, Real Estate Lending and C&I businesses.
- Assisting the team in reviewing financing opportunities from prospective borrowers and brokers and ensuring accuracy of pipeline tracking of opportunities thru nCino system
- Ad-hoc assignments as may be assigned by FVP, VP, AVPs or Analysts that may include written analysis of markets, property verticals, particular borrowers, counterparties or key individuals through publicly available sources
- Working with origination’s team members to facilitate the closing in conformance with loan policy guidelines and compliance requirements
- Utilizing a collection of internal resources or external third party sources to identify and qualify ‘comp’ [comparable] properties supporting valuations to identify defensible loan basis
