Job Description
1. U-Boot移植與優化： 負責引導載入程式（Bootloader）的編寫與修改，配置 CPU 暫存器、DDR 記憶體參數，確保系統能安全、快速地載入 Linux 核心。
2. 硬體描述與驅動編寫： 撰寫或修改 Linux Device Tree (DTS)。編寫與偵錯各種板端控制晶片的驅動程式
3. 硬體協同偵錯（HW/SW Co-debugging）： 與硬體工程師合作，釐清是硬體線路設計錯誤，還是軟體驅動配置問題。
4. SDK 移植與封裝： 將晶片商SDK編譯進核心空間（Kernel space/Kernel module）或使用者空間（User space），並確保其與目前的 Linux Kernel 版本相容。
5. Port Mapping 與 SerDes 序列器調校： 根據硬體電路圖，設定正確的 Port Map（邏輯埠與實體物理通道的對應關係）。
6. PHY/Transceiver 驅動與監控： 開發與整合 SFP/QSFP 等光通訊模組的 DDM（Digital Diagnostic Monitoring）讀取功能，即時監控光功率、溫度與電壓。

- Experience with RTOS and embedded build systems (Amazon FreeRTOS, Wind River VxWorks, Yocto Project)
- Familiarity with networking protocols and features (IP, VLAN, VPN, QoS, MQTT, TLS)
- Experience with development tooling and DevOps (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, CMake, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Scripting skills (Python, shell scripting) and network debugging tools (Wireshark)
- Understanding of DDR memory parameters and CPU initialization
