As a CPQ Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for
- Collaborating with the functional and technical teams to drive horizontal initiatives in this area that align to the overall CPQ roadmap.
- Partnering with the Commercial DT Product Delivery team to deliver programs that are Configurations, Pricing or proposal generation.
- Driving the PMO engagement and finances for CPQ and other Global Operations DT programs.
- Partnering with key functional stakeholders to define, prioritize and implement a strategic product roadmap.
- Partnering with data & ERP teams to drive data integration projects.
- Executing technical projects to deliver high quality outcomes to internal customers.
- Partnering with functional product owners to define features backlog and requirements, working with technical team internal and external to the initiative to ensure outcomes delivery on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality.
- Making sure project management practices are followed and improved as needed.
- Working with cross-functional teams to deliver features and significant products. Owning the short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.
- Prioritizing continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
- Working with PMO and finance teams to manage budget.
- Engaging frequently (50-80%) with the development team; facilitating discussions, providing clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributing to design activities and decisions.
- Demonstrating superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between global operations, commercial and digital technology teams.
- Demonstrating excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Experience in enterprise environment with data management and / analytics responsibilities.
- Have experience or understanding CPQ, ERP technologies (SAP CPQ etc)
- Have experience in managing finances and proficiency in excel.
- Have experience working in Agile engineering environment.
- Have experience working with Configurator, Pricing, Costing, and/or proposal generation products.
- Demonstrating knowledge on technical topics, such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security
- Be a strong team player – collaborating well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources.
- Have experience working with others on a global basis. Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives
- Have strong analytical and strong problem solving skills -communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
- Change oriented – actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly.
- Have experience in reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau etc
- Desired to have experience in the development of CPQ tools.
