Finance assistant (Part-time)

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you, who are studying a relevant program at university and who have at least one year left in your studies. You feel comfortable with different types of administrative tasks at a financial department and like to be in a role where you work independently as well as together with dedicated colleagues as a team. You are a humble and down-to-earth person who enjoys working in a fast pace and in a dynamic work environment. It is expected that you can work at least 8 - 10 hours a week, it might vary depending on workload.

As a finance assistant you will be a part of Operations at Netlight. Operations consist of six functions. HR, Finance, First Impression, Tech, Legal, and Brand working with supporting the business operations of Netlight. In your role as a part-time worker in Finance, you will work closely with the Finance team as well as other functions at Netlight. The role will mainly focus on tasks towards the Danish office but could also include work towards Netlight´s other offices.
You will work with different administrative tasks like:
· Handling supplier invoices and payments
· Checking and approving expenses
· Bank reconciliations
· Approving time reports
· Register client projects
· Other Financal administrative tasks
