Responsibilities:
- Organize and update financial records as needed (digital and physical)
- Analyze transactions and prepare reports
- Participate in payroll including tracking, entering, and allocating employee hours
- Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investments
- Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins
- Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Participate in budgeting processes
- Brief senior managers regularly on the company’s financial status
- Reports monthly, annually (BS, PL, CF), analysis as requested
- Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns
- Regularly brief management on the company’s financial position and recommend solutions to improve results.
- Develop and implement effective accounting policies and processes
- Ensure you remain up-to-date on industry changes and changes in regulations.
- Respond to tax and accounting-related issues.
- Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly
- Keep company financial information confidential
Requirements:
- BSc degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification
- Proven work experience as a CPA or Senior Accountant
- A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a certified accountant.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial procedures
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Outstanding tax knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
- Experience with accounting software (knowledge of QuickBooks and Zoho is advantage)
- Excellent English Proficiency
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information

Skills Required
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance
