At Coverwatch we are building the next-generation AI-native commercial insurance broker.
Commercial insurance is an antiquated industry. It still runs on email, PDFs, and manual data entry. Coverwatch is automating it. We've built software that does the manual work of a brokerage, so our clients get better service and a better product than the incumbents can offer. We're scaling fast, and we're building the team to match.
We're a senior team of second-time founders, ex-YC, with time at Google, Goldman Sachs, and Harrison.ai, backed by leading investors.
You'd be one of our first producers, owning sales end to end, from first conversation to bound policy. You run discovery, advise the client, place the coverage, and keep the relationship.
The difference is what's behind you. We've built an ai-native operating system that automates the tedious manual processes in insurance. We quote in days when the industry takes weeks. You spend your time selling and advising, not buried in paperwork, so you carry a book several times the size of one at a traditional shop.
- You build a real business. The infrastructure to scale a book is already built: the tooling, the automation, the product. Commission is uncapped, so what you build is the ceiling.
- You're early. First handful of producers. You build the playbook, and you're on track to run your own vertical as we grow.
- You're close to the product. Sit with the founders and engineers, tell them what's slowing you down, and watch it get fixed in days.
- You know insurance and you want to build. Two or three years producing for someone else, and you're ready to run your own book instead of feeding theirs. You've learned the craft. Now you want to build something big.
- You've closed. A few years in commercial insurance, or high-velocity sales from anywhere (SDR, AE, mortgage, real estate), or no sales title and a record of outworking everyone in the room.
- You sell through advisory. A client should come off the call understanding their own risk better than when it started. You win on judgment, not slides.
- You want the blank page. Building something from scratch reads as the opportunity, not the risk.
- No P&C license required to apply. If you don't have one, we pay for it, course to exam, and you're licensed within 90 days
- $80K to $100K base, $150K to $200K year-one OTE, uncapped

The base pay range for this role is $80,000 – $120,000 per year.
Skills Required
- Commercial insurance producer experience (2-5 years)
- High-velocity SMB or B2C sales experience (2-3 years) or equivalent phone-based selling experience
- Strong sales aptitude: hungry, driven, organized, low-ego, quick learner
- Ability to own full sales cycle and advise clients on coverage decisions
- Experience working with ACORDs and submission processes or willingness to learn
- P&C license
