What You’ll Do:- Maintain a visible presence throughout the property by walking the grounds daily
- Respond to noise complaints and help de-escalate situations professionally
- Assist residents with lockouts and other non-emergency needs
- Monitor common areas like pools, laundry rooms, and fitness facilities
- Check lighting and report maintenance needs to the management team
- Observe and report vandalism, suspicious activity, or vehicle violations
- Support overall community safety through routine patrols
- Contact local law enforcement when appropriate, in accordance with policy
- Positive Impact: Play a crucial role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
