Role Summary
nFocus Solutions is looking for a Course Developer to develop course curriculum products to support the Mission Command Digital Master Gunner Course (MCDMGC). This course teaches Soldiers how to integrate and leverage Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) through the configuration and operation of the Mission Command Workstation (MCWS) along with its current associated programs such as the Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE) and Command Post of the Future (CPOF).

- Army Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS)
- Army Missile Defense Warning System (AMDWS)
- Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS)
- Joint Battle Command – Platform, (JBC-P)
- SharePoint 2010
- Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A)
- Global Command and Control System (GCCS)
- Develop the course curriculum for the MCDMGC to include:
- Program of Instruction
- Lesson Plans
- Assessment Products
- Course Administrative Data
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in adult education or a related field
- Minimum of one year of experience with Mission Command Information System integration at brigade or higher echelons
- Working knowledge of the Training Development Capability
- Minimum of two years of experience in Army curriculum development
- Extensive experience/knowledge of MS Office tools
- Experience as a staff officer or senior NCO at brigade or higher command posts
- Digital Master Gunner Course Graduate
- Former Digital Master Gunner Course instructor/course designer
- Master’s Degree in Adult Education
- Military Education Level 4 Qualified
- Possess clear and precise oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Submit to required background checks
- Able to meet requirements to work on a military installation, including having a valid state driver's license and car insurance.
- Be self-motivated with ability to establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes
- Be organized with a strong sense of urgency
- Adhere to established guidelines and procedures
- Demonstrate high standards of quality and accuracy
- Be in attendance and punctual as scheduled
- Be completely functional in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Maintain a US Passport
- Be able to travel in support of the mission up to 10% of the time
