The Course Coordinator is responsible for a central contact point for training coordination and prime contact for all customers attending the courses/ events in APAC Fast Trak center while setting up training material and developing sufficient reporting

This position reports to the Director, Fast Trak PDS – APAC and is part of the APAC Fast Trak located in Incheon, Korea and will be an on-site role. 

What you will do:

• Organize and manage budgets, schedules, plans for training courses
• Organize reports, proposals, invoices, contracts, and other financial files or all training-related paperwork
• Organize and manage Fast Trak administrational tasks, including procurement, sustainability, logistics, and operational tasks to ensure delivery of training and services of the team
• Coordinate the allocation of training resources and workflow schedules in timely manner and foster team collaboration to help team members complete training tasks and produce deliverables
• Collaborate with the regional commercial and marketing teams, as well as the global Fast Trak and R&D organizations, for Fast Trak services and training development

Who you are:

• Biotechnology background with experience working in projects in areas of operations, supply chain, IT subjects within complex organizations
• Analytical and planning skills and comprehensive Project management skills and experiences
• Ability to find added value solutions for customers
• High computer skills:  Excel, MS-Office, MS-PowerPoint, Oracle, Lotus notes, Magic
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationship with co-workers

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Language/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Fluent level of English & Korean in written and verbal communications
• Ability to travel abroad upon business needs
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record within territory or locations
• If foreign national, legal work permit is required to pursue employment contract by Korean immigration law
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 45lb, any other physical requirements
