Requirements
Your profile
* Proven experience in business operations, trading, or management
* Experience in chemical, petrochemical, or raw materials trading preferred
* Strong leadership, organizational, and commercial skills
* High level of responsibility, reliability, and loyalty
* Fluent Polish, Russian and English required
* German is an advantage
* Ability to work on-site daily in Międzyrzec Podlaski
* Strong understanding of the Polish market
