The Counsel position supports a team that is responsible for maintaining, updating and creating active SEC Form N-4, N-6, Form D filings and private placement memoranda as well as providing ongoing advice to our business partners on current and new initiatives and projects. You'll be given the opportunity to learn dynamic areas of MetLife's business and collaborate closely with senior members of the law department and business counterparts in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.
