Centrex Rehab has an exciting opportunity for a licensed COTA to work on-call between two of our sites at Horizons Heath Care and Retirement Community located in Eckert and Valley Manor Care Center located in Montrose. The ideal candidate will have some weekday availability.

This position and location is eligible for:
