Responsibilities:
•    Leading the Nava Cost Modeling team in delivering Nava Cost Modeling objectives, including but not limited to 
o    Driving Nava Product Cost Competitiveness, by all possible ways
o    Prepare Cost Model & Roadmap for NPI Products’ Gate review, analyze variance, drive Cost improvements by partnering with platform R&D, MFG Engineering, GCM, etc. teams
o    Prepare and Maintain Cost Roadmap for Mass Products
o    Product Cost Simulations for BOM Change, HPU change, Yield improvement, etc.
o    Prepare Cost model for FTA (Free Trade Agreement) Application
o    Tracking cost improvement initiative and cost saving realization, analyze variance between Actual Product cost and that’s in the Cost roadmap
•    Ad hoc tasks
 
 Requirements: 
•    Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Business administration, Economics, Engineering is also fine, MBA is a plus.
•    10+ years of working experience, including MNCs Product Cost Accounting experience. US listed company experience is preferred.
•    Including no less than 5 years of experience in Product Costing.
•    Manufacturing process knowledge
•    Proficiency in Oracle ERP (SAP is acceptable), Microsoft Office Suite, etc. systems & tools, Tableau will be a plus.
•    People Management Experience is a must.
•    Business Result Oriented, Open minded, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being able to work with people from globe with diversified culture background.
•    Continuous Improvement mindset, willing to take challenges to lead/participate in Kaizen projects.
•    English as working language.
