Job DescriptionProvide QS Term Consultancy service for Client:
- Cost planning and estimation
- Prepare tender
- Tender evaluation
- Variation order finalisation
- Issue payment valuation
- Closing of final accounts
- Prepare and issue tender documents for each contract including:
- Information as provided by designers including drawings and specifications
- Requirements for operating & maintenance manuals
- Requirements for testing, commissioning & training
- Conditions of tender
- Detailed scopes of work
- Contract terms & preliminaries
- Pricing documents schedules & tender breakdown forms
- Program constraints
- Site constraints
- Requirements for insurance, warranties & bonds
- Possess BCA PSPC-recognised degree in Building Quantity Surveying, or equivalent;
- Having 3 years and above of practical experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor;
- Registered Quantity Surveyor with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) or equivalent;
- Possess experience of at least 3 projects using Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC);
- Familiar with Building Information Modeling (BIM) for costing purpose (i.e.Cost X, etc.);
- Possess experience in on going/completed projects where Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) is implemented

Skills Required
- BCA PSPC-recognized degree in Building Quantity Surveying or equivalent
