We are seeking a Cost Controller with solid experience in finance and accounting, along with excellent communication skills. In this role, you will act as a partner to improve business financial performance and strengthen our facility operations across multiple countries, including the Czech Republic, India, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Slovakia, Sweden, Finland, and Norway.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily analysis of facility project portfolio financial performance and identify financial risks
• Perform Actual vs. Forecast analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Support facility managers by providing tools and exploring innovative ways to enhance reporting, data quality, and daily operations
• Assist facility managers with finance-related inquiries and ensure correct and complete financial information
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and company policies in all financial practices
• Analyze financial data to support informed business decisions
• Manage facility cost allocation tasks effectively
• Drive efficiency improvement actions within the facility area
• Make critical assessments of financial figures to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Contribute to the development of controlling practices and efficiency improvements

Requirements:

• Solid financial knowledge and experience, including accounting and financial analysis
• University degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to delve into details when necessary to ensure accuracy
• Excellent PC skills, particularly in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical thinking, critical mindset, and a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to work under stress and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Open-minded, initiative-driven, and supportive personality

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
