The role
This is a founding Account Executive role.
You will own the full sales cycle from first contact to close and expansion. You will work in-person with the founding team in Brooklyn.
Responsibilities include:
- Running outbound and inbound sales motions
- Conducting product demos with healthcare operators
- Managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Closing new customers and expanding existing accounts
- Contributing to early go-to-market strategy and messaging
What we’re looking for:
- We evaluate candidates based on operating ability, not pedigree.
- Ownership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Clear communication with both operators and senior decision-makers
- Strong organization in managing pipeline, follow-ups, and deal progression
- Comfort working through multi-step, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to understand customer problems and translate them into clear solutions
- High execution speed without needing heavy structure
Sales experience is not required. Healthcare experience is not required either.
We care more about ownership, learning speed, and communication clarity.
