Job Responsibilities:
- Product costing processes (New Programs, Raw materials, SFG and FG) (Car Audio MFG & AME)
- SQDC reports for meetings
- Support for new projects implementation (SAP, Corporate and others)
- Inventory cycle counts audits.
- Weekly and monthly analysis of variances (DL, DVO, % DL Efficiency, UPH)
- Controlling Scorecard & Metrics (Basecost/FOH)
- KPI DVO weekly update (Toolcrib and consumables Expenses)
- Obsolete Analysis and Reports
- Scorecard and Metrics report weekly
- Cycle times / UPH audit
- Creation of cost collectors
- Headcount & OT reports
- Usage variance analysis (Root Cause Analysis)
- Support in Forecast and Budget processes
- Month End Activities
- Internal and external Audit requirements
- Support in physical inventory process (API)
- Monthly / Yearly Cost runs.
- Internal and external reports on time.
- Participate in events to promote Harman continuous improvement system (HPS)
- Problem Solving.
- Ensure the internal control guidelines based on policies.
- Ensure the reasonableness of the records and operations that affects the inventory, cost and manufacturing expenses.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience at least 3 – 5 years with:
- Product Costing processes.
- SAP ERP - modules FICO, MM and PP.
- Manufacturing processes.
- Inventory control processes
- Intercompany pricing.
- Financial reporting, planning and analysis.
- Microsoft Office
- Excel (intermediate).
- English 90%.
