About the Position:

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Treasurer will be a key member of the Finance leadership team and trusted advisor to executive leadership. The Treasurer will oversee the Company’s treasury strategy, liquidity, capital structure, financing, banking relationships, and financial risk management to ensure the financial flexibility and funding capacity needed to support growth and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

Treasury Strategy and Leadership

  • Develop and execute an enterprise treasury strategy aligned with businessobjectives, risk tolerance, and long-term capital needs. 
  • Advisethe CFO and executive leadership on liquidity, capital structure, financing, banking, capital markets, and financial risk. 
  • Establish treasury priorities, performance measures, policies, and operating standards. 

Liquidity and Cash Management

  • Lead enterprise-wide liquidity planning, cash management, cash positioning, investments, and funding capacity. 
  • Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operating, contractual, programmatic, capital, and strategic requirements under expected and stressed conditions. 
  • Optimizecash investments while balancing liquidity, preservation of capital, risk, and return. 
  • Develop cash flow stress-testing and scenario analysis frameworks. 

Capital Structure and Capital Markets

  • Evaluate andoptimizethe Company’s mix of cash, debt, equity, convertible securities, credit facilities, and other financing alternatives. 
  • Lead debt issuance, refinancing, credit facilities, and other financing transactions. 
  • Monitor leverage, maturities, covenants, borrowing capacity, financing costs, and refinancing exposure. 
  • Maintain capital markets readiness and develop financial models to evaluate financing structures, cost of capital, dilution, returns, and risk. 

Financial Risk Management

  • Lead the Company’s financial risk management framework, including policies, exposure limits, mitigation strategies, and hedging programs. 
  • Manage exposures related to interest rates, foreign exchange, liquidity, credit, counterparties, commodities, and financial institutions. 

Strategic Finance and Capital Allocation

  • Provide financial modeling, analytics, and scenario planning to support enterprise decision-making and capital allocation. 
  • Partner with FP&A and business leadership to align strategic plans, operating forecasts, capital requirements, and liquidity planning. 

Banking and External Relationships

  • Serve as the senior relationship owner for commercial banks, investment banks, lenders, financial advisors, and other financial institutions. 
  • Build a diversified network of financial partners to support the Company’s evolving capital and operating needs. 

Governance, Controls, and Compliance

  • Establish andmaintaintreasury policies covering cash, investments, debt, derivatives, banking, financial risk, and movement of funds. 
  • Maintain strong controls over treasury transactions, payments, banking activities, investments, and access to Company funds. 
  • Ensure compliance with debt agreements, covenants, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. 
  • Maintainappropriate governance, documentation, audit readiness, approval authorities, and segregation of duties for a public-company environment. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, capital markets, corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields, including senior leadership. 
  • Proven experience leading a treasury function within a publicly traded, complex, or high-growth organization. 
  • Deepexpertisein liquidity management, capital structure, cash forecasting, debt and equity markets, banking, investments, and financial risk. 
  • Significant experienceexecuting complex financing transactions and managing relationships with banks, lenders, investment banks, and financial advisors. 
  • Strong knowledge of credit agreements, debt instruments, covenants, and corporate financing strategies. 
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, risk assessment, and data analytics capabilities. 
  • Demonstrated integrity, financial stewardship, sound governance, and executive-level judgment. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree; CTP, CFA, CPA, or similar certification. 
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, space, advanced manufacturing, infrastructure, engineering, technology, or other capital-intensive industries. 
  • Experience implementing or enhancing treasury management systems, forecasting platforms, automation, or financial analytics.
