ISS STOXX is seeking a talented Corporate Technical Recruiter for our Mumbai office.
Overview:
The focus of the role is on full life cycle recruiting for assigned/multiple business units within Mumbai or across Asia Pacific.

You will have the opportunity to draw on your knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business; and forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. You will perform candidate generation, candidate and hiring manager engagement, and amazing customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches; manage customer/partner expectations.
- Recruit passive and active candidates. Screen candidates, clearly articulate position requirements for a variety of skill and experience levels. Provide timely, detailed interview notes in our ATS (Workday).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from beginning to end including managing scheduling and logistics for all interviews between your candidates and hiring managers while owning full life cycle responsibilities.
- Building deep partnerships with technical managers and hiring managers to understand their teams hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements/gaps, business, and team dynamics and form recruiting plans.
- Developing sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates through methods such as web sourcing, Boolean searches, candidate referrals, social networking, etc.
- Research, recommend, and participate in industry relevant events, including campus recruiting and conferences/meet ups.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company. Implement any new processes and standardize processes for recruiting that fits within our mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Work with the business, HR, and Compensation to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
Qualifications:
- 4-8 Years of full life cycle recruiting experience in Finance Services / Fintech, Banking and IT is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or other related discipline.
- Experience in hiring across a broad range of technologies such as Python, Java, Cloud platforms, Data Engineering, DevOps, and Front-end Frameworks like React, Angular.
- Proven deep client management expertise including partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals.
- Successful background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas, hard to fill roles, and diversity.
- Previous experience in using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates and create candidate pipelines.
- Strong consultative skills, particularly in the areas of salary equity, internal movement, and workforce planning.
- Good interviewing, communication, negotiation/closing, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Workday as ATS would be nice to have.
- Attention to detail and meticulous organization skills are a must.
- Experience working with teams located in multiple cities and countries is nice to have.
- High energy, passion, and drive, with a strong positive outlook.
