Job Description:

As an intern on the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of CSR initiatives and projects for our company. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, where you will have the chance to learn and develop key skills in ESG reporting, project management, and social awareness.

You will be a key member of the team! Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the response to information requirements from ESG analysts and investors to position Ferrovial as a sustainable company.
  • Collaborating in the development of the company's integrated annual report by assisting in the gathering of internal information, ESG indicators, and participating in the elaboration of other reports.
  • Participating in the development of double materiality matrix to analyze the main risks, opportunities, and sustainability impacts of the business in the short, medium, and long term.
  • Engaging in dialogue with social entities to monitor various projects.
  • Collaborating in the management of calls for aid for both international cooperation and community involvement projects.
  • Supporting the organization of corporate volunteering activities.
  • Document control of projects, presentations, and materials related to projects. Preparing social impact reports.
  • Preparing applications for awards and mentions in CSR matters.
  • Supporting the creation of content to highlight Ferrovial's social and sustainability commitment.
  • Participating in team meetings and activities, contributing with ideas and new perspectives.

Our ideal profile:

  • University student in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, International Relations, International Cooperation, or related degrees.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • C1 level of English.
  • Knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability topics.
  • Proactivity, creativity, and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
