Tecovas is seeking a Corporate Sales Coordinator to support its growing Corporate Sales channel. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Sales, you will be a key execution partner across events, customer support, and day-to-day channel operations, with a primary focus on leading on-site corporate events nationwide. Events are Tecovas Corporate Sales' premium differentiator. This role is required to be based in Austin, TX. Candidates must either reside in the greater Austin area or be willing to relocate to the greater Austin area. Must be willing to travel 50-75% of the time, depending on seasonality and the needs of the business. Travel will include both flying and driving.

What you’ll do:

Execute corporate sales moments on the ground while supporting the day-to-day coordination, communication, and organization that allow the business to grow without losing our standard of radical hospitality.

  • Lead on-site execution for Tecovas event fittings, corrals, and corporate events across the country.
  • Coordinate staffing, logistics, shipping, travel, and setup with internal teams and external vendors for every event.
  • Maintain accuracy across event calendars, operational documents, and event inventory, including supplies and branded materials.
  • Document and maintain the processes, standards, and playbooks that keep the business running consistently as it grows.
  • Support training and onboarding for event staff and third-party event partners.
  • Monitor and respond to inbound inquiries in the corporate sales inbox, providing timely, accurate support for a range of customer and channel needs.
  • Assist with call coordination, written communications, and administrative support to keep the corporate sales team organized and moving.
  • Support day-to-day channel operations, including customer follow-ups, order coordination, and internal documentation.
  • Flex across priorities in real time, shifting between events, customer needs, and internal tasks as the business requires.
  • Represent Tecovas with professionalism, warmth, and radical hospitality at every touchpoint.

Experience we’re looking for:

  • 1-3 years in client-facing experience, hospitality, or retail, with a passion for events.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder events from logistics to on-site execution.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Able to travel up to 75%.
  • Comfortable working non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends during events.
  • Preferred: experience supporting luxury, hospitality, western, or experiential brands.
  • Preferred: experience with product customization techniques; Tecovas Customizations Certification (Marshall level) required.

What you bring to the table:

  • Hospitality-first mindset. You treat every guest like the most important person in the room.
  • Highly organized and execution-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator with strong real-time problem-solving skills.
  • Confident giving direction to event staff and partners, and solving problems on-site under pressure.
  • Dependable, resourceful, and calm. You are the steady hand at the event.
  • Adaptable when plans shift and environments change quickly.
  • High standards for quality and execution that show up in the customer experience.
  • Works independently and takes initiative, while remaining receptive to feedback and direction.
