Job Description:

What to Expect:

LeaP is an 18-month rotational program designed for Junior Military Officers transitioning into corporate roles. This program leverages your leadership, operations, and project management experience while providing hands-on exposure to CoreLogic’s business units. Through structured rotations, mentorship, and professional development, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a corporate environment. This program is based out of our Irving, TX office for a hybrid work schedule. It is a paid program.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
  • At least 4 years of active-duty experience as a commissioned officer
  • Proven leadership experience with strong decision-making and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams
  • General technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (preferred)
  • Business acumen with a solid understanding of financial and operational principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to adapt to different leadership styles and manage multiple priorities
