The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly professional and composed Corporate Receptionist to join our Brisbane office.

The ideal candidate will excel in prioritising and problem-solving under pressure, demonstrating punctuality, reliability, and exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. We are looking for someone with a strong client focus, always maintaining confidentiality. You will have a proven ability to communicate effectively and work cohesively within a high-performing team.

What you’ll do

  • Receive clients, partners and staff in a professional manner, promptly advising relevant parties of their arrival and directing them to allocated rooms.

  • Respond to telephone and email requests and enquiries promptly and professionally, in adherence with standards and procedures.

  • Operate the computer-based booking system and confirm all bookings (catering, audio‑visual equipment and room facilities) in line with standards and procedures.

  • Liaise with the Client Services team to confirm food, beverage and setup requirements for meetings and events.

  • Coordinate and manage third‑party and internal events.

  • Maintain reception area tidiness and ensure up‑to‑date reading material is always on display. Ensure the space is maintained to the highest standard.

  • Liaise with Facilities and Client Services teams to ensure maintenance, after‑hours air conditioning, after‑hours access and cleaning requests are confirmed.

  • Assist and support internal stakeholders with bookings, meeting requests and general information relating to the Client Floor.

  • Assist with occasional after‑hours events as required.

  • Support the Client Services Manager, Coordinator and Head Chef with administration and reporting tasks.

What you’ll bring

  • Premium hotel or corporate reception experience.

  • An understanding of corporate catering and event operations.

  • A genuine commitment to client service and providing an exceptional front of house experience for our stakeholders.

  • Intermediate IT skills, and familiarity with Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • Experience with digital room booking systems.

  • A reliable and team focused approach.

  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively prioritise tasks.

  • Adaptable and comfortable multi‑tasking, with a strong willingness to learn and a proactive, can‑do approach

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and work cohesively within a high performing team.

  • Immaculate presentation, in compliance with dress standards at all times.

  • An innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies.
