The Role
Develops and implements customer, regional, and product pricing strategies to balance revenue and margin. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, approvers, and OEM customers to manage pricing programs, contracts, promotions, rebates, and revenue recognition requirements. Conducts competitive pricing research, models pricing impacts, supports sales initiatives, and administers pricing databases and proposal implementation across the organization.

  • Serve as an advocate for balancing margin and revenue in regions.

  • Create/administer pricing databases and coordinates implementation of pricing proposals across the organization

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related disciplines is required. 
  • 10+ years related experience is required. 
  • Sales or Marketing experience in semiconductor industry is preferable. 
  • Experience in contract negotiation is an added advantage. 
  • Strong analytical capabilities, number sensitive and detail minded is required. 
  • Self-motivated, fast-paced, strong sense of responsibility, able to demonstrate good presence with customers and ability to work cross-functionally and with other specialists around the world.  
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
