Role Purpose• Support enterprise-wide strategic alignment, integrated planning, and decision-making by connecting business direction, initiatives, and performance into a coherent corporate view

Strategic Integration & Alignment (Primary Focus)
• Consolidate BU strategies into a coherent enterprise view and identify gaps or overlaps
• Support development of corporate strategic priorities and narratives
• Facilitate alignment across functions and business units
• Track and analyze key strategic initiatives for risks, dependencies, and execution gaps
Integrated Planning (Primary Focus)
• Support annual planning cycle and consolidation of plans
