The Corporate OPEX Lean IE is a key leadership role responsible for driving Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across the site and acting as a change agent to build a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and efficiency.
This position leads and develops the Industrial Engineering, Materials Management, and Packaging Engineering teams, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes, optimize operations, and support business growth.
The role plays a critical part in the deployment and sustainment of the Stoneridge Production System (SPS), ensuring alignment with corporate standards, strategic objectives, and best-in-class Lean manufacturing practices.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of Core Tools and IATF Management Systems.
Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Six Sigma knowledge or certification preferred.
