The Role

Description

We are looking for a dynamic seasoned Senior Marketing Manager with an extensive experience in B2C and B2B marketing, for our Global Company.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a passion for storytelling, and a proven track record in building and executing successful marketing initiatives that drive consumer engagement, brand loyalty, and business growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a courtesy for consumer behavior, and the ability to manage and mentor a team

The position is in the company HQ, working closely with the regional marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management: Lead the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen brand equity and positioning. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and consumer touchpoints.
  • Content Creation: Oversee and direct the company’s two content studios and its people to coordinate the creation of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences across various platforms, including digital, social media, and traditional channels. Collaborate with various teams to produce compelling visual and written content.
  • Public Relations: Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Manage media relations, press releases, and communication with key stakeholders to ensure positive coverage and brand advocacy.
  • Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and leadership to internal and external teams to produce innovative marketing materials that align with brand identity and resonate with consumers.
  • Marketing Communications (Marcom): Drive the development and execution of integrated marketing communications plans that effectively convey the brand's value proposition and support business objectives. Manage campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Product Launch: Lead the marketing efforts for new product launches, including go-to-market strategies, promotional plans, and post-launch analysis. Work closely with product development and sales teams to ensure successful market entry and adoption.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive B2C marketing strategies that align with overall business goals. Identify and capitalize on market trends, consumer insights, and competitive opportunities to drive growth.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative and creative environment that encourages innovation and professional development.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing ROI on marketing investments. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing spend.
  • Performance Analytics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and strategies continuously.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, customer service, and external agencies, to ensure alignment and support of marketing efforts.



Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2C, brand management, content creation, and public relations. Experience in a senior managerial role is required.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in brand management, content creation, and product launch planning and execution
  • Strong understanding of marcom, digital marketing, and creative development.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative and solutions oriented personality.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce solutions as a CRM, Commerce clouds, etc., content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms
