Role Summary

The Corporate Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing APCO's corporate marketing strategy across the MENA region, ensuring alignment between marketing, communications, and business development objectives. This role will oversee market intelligence, brand management, executive profiling, digital marketing, partnerships, and events while collaborating closely with regional leadership and the global marketing team. The individual will drive thought leadership initiatives, support business growth efforts, manage corporate communications activities, and ensure APCO's brand is consistently represented across all channels and stakeholder engagements. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute APCO's corporate marketing strategy across the MENA region.
  • Manage business development support materials, credentials, case studies, and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Serve as custodian of the APCO brand, ensuring adherence to global brand guidelines.
  • Partner with the global marketing team on regional and firmwide campaigns.
  • Lead executive profiling, media relations, awards submissions, and corporate communications activities.
  • Oversee social media strategy, content planning, digital campaigns, and audience engagement.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with media, universities, associations, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead APCO-owned events, conferences, speaking opportunities, and sponsorship activations.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across the MENA region.
  • Support regional leaders with profile-raising, thought leadership, and marketing initiatives.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate marketing, communications, business development, or related disciplines.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies.

  • Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, content development, and corporate communications.

  • Experience conducting market intelligence, competitive analysis, and business development support activities.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience managing events, partnerships, executive profiling, and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience within professional services, consulting, communications, or agency environments is preferred.
