Job Description:We are seeking a experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Law and a good understanding of US Corporate Laws. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for this role as you will be required to communicate with clients and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and advice to the company and its clients.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Extensive experience of corporate law in USA or strong understanding of Corporate Laws of USA.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with or supporting US-based firms, particularly those subject to SEC or public-company compliance requirements.
