We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support high-volume hiring across several operational roles, with a primary focus on Customer Support/Customer Service positions.
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for volume roles while also supporting recruitment for additional positions across the business when needed. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and high-quality hiring process while helping the company scale its teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple roles, and building strong candidate pipelines.
What you will be doing:- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume roles, primarily Customer Support/Customer Service positions.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Screening applications and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Keeping recruitment data up to date in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand team needs and support hiring decisions.
- Supporting recruitment for additional roles across the company when required.
- Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team on process improvements and best practices.
- Has 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Has experience with high-volume or operational hiring (Customer Support recruitment is a strong advantage).
- Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Is organized and able to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Has experience working with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
- Takes a proactive and solution-oriented approach to recruitment.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Has fluent English (additional languages are a plus depending on the market).
